"Be cautious at checkout; they may attempt to charge for unnecessary extras. Despite my package being adequately prepared, they claimed my box was unsuitable and tried to push to buy and additional box and extra packaging materials and packaging service. (say you don't need it) The actual shipping cost is $17, but they nearly doubled it to $36 for these unneeded items."

"Made an appointment for notary. Arrived and they said guy was not going to be there for 15-20 more minutes. I should have been notified so I am not wasting time and dragging around my very young baby in the cold. I was sent to another business who did for me but only accepted cash so I had to run around town just to get a notary when I made an appointment. Line has been so long the last two times I’ve been there and the places has had a horrible smell recently."

"I have all my packages rerouted to this location and it is always a pain to come here. The old owners were great but this 3 -6 young adult acting like teenagers are horrible. They are rude and dismissive. They never greet you or say thank you, I take a second to look in my phone for the tracking numbers and they start rolling their eyes, sighing and shaking their body like I am interrupting them. They have an actitud like they are about to scream at you at any time. They are always in eager for you to leave as soon as you arrive. Some days they don’t even acknowledge me and they keep talking between them in their language. Today I went for 4 packages, they made me so uncomfortable and anxious because It takes a few second to show them the different confirmation emails. They got mad and dismissed as always and since they rush me out, I just took the first package they found and tomorrow I have to return for the rest and deal with this again!! I am so done with their horrible CS. I wish the stores I buy from stop using UPS so I don’t have to go through this everytime!"

"This place is run by a bunch of clueless hooligans who charge you for things you don’t need to make a few extra bucks (that add up!) They’re sneaky and the line is always unbelievable because they can’t handle it. I only come here for convenience but if I had a choice, I would never trust my packages here with the way I need to have my guard up about everything."
