"This place is perfect. The owner's formula is simple. Clean and quiet, older but not worn. No coffee maker, fridge, microwave or lock safe or millennial style upgrades? Who cares. Ken could probably convert to state-of-the-art but the rates would then increase. One of the best lodging places you'll find in all of New York State."

There isn't a ton of space, but its just enough to be comfy for the night. If you're ever traveling through western New York, and need a place to crash, this one is great...in the village of North Hornell."
"A throw back to a friendlier, simpler time. Relax and enjoy it for what it is, an unpretentious little gem. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Walk next door for breakfast with the same old-fashioned feeling. If you want today's cookie-cutter motel room, go somewhere else, pay (literally) four times the price, and leave a vacancy here for someone who can appreciate it."
