"Visiting my daughter in college. As I'm paying quite a bit for tuition was looking looking for a reasonable hotel. This fit the bill. Would stay there again"

"Just plain nasty, dirty and rundown. Only redeeming quality was the woman at reception during check in. She was lovely. Back entrance door left open all night bc of broken lock, loud room doors, peep hole glass missing leaving a hole in the door, horrible room smell."

"Our room was nice and things seemed fairly clean in the bathroom. My biggest complaint is that it even today advertises "free coffee and breakfast item". During our stay there was no free breakfast item, the breakfast area lights were off, and the cold coffee tasted like it was made the previous day. I value the convenience of breakfast at a hotel and would not have chosen this one had I known. I stayed at another Wyndham property several weeks earlier and had a similar experience so will avoid them in the future."

"A great place with a great staff. You aren't paying Hilton prices. So any reasonable person wouldn't expect the Hilton. It's not Thier fault that they're the best inn in Hornell, NY. Maybe the entitled jerks should drive another 30 minutes; to have a gym, heated pool and a full restaurant."

"Location is good, especially when you are traveling upstate NY. The hotel is outdated. When we entered our room, the fridge had 2 yogurts, and it seemed that they didn't clean well. My sister in law got bedbugs when we were there. Their breakfast is just coffee, muffins, and egg...not much choices. This is okay if you want an overnight only since it's of a great value."
