"It would be a very nice place to live if the landlords actually took care of it. When I moved into one of their three bedrooms I found piles of bugs, mouse droppings in this kitchen drawers and cabinets, as well as an infestation of wasps. As you can see in the pictures there’s a hole in the ceiling where some disgusting liquid is leaking and where the wasps are coming out of. They claim it’s because it’s been sitting empty while simultaneously saying that they’ve been doing inspections and that, that wasn’t there. They are extremely rude and dismissive about the whole thing. Before we even moved in my husband called about the three bedroom and was screamed at by the landlord. When I called and asked for someone to come and clean the apartment I was told that the maintenance guy would do it and they refused to have an actual cleaning crew come and take care of it. It seems like they only have one maintenance guy to clean every single one of these apartments by himself not to mention his actual job of fixing stuff. In conclusion if you want to be screamed at and deal with employees who are the rudest people you Will ever meet and are completely incompetent more than half the time and never have anything fixed or anything taken care of then come live here, I can guarantee you it’s filthy and disgusting."

"People are not friendly here at all. We have called about the noise up stairs and haven't done anything. People around us have reported one neighbor and the Owners won't do a thing about it and told us they wont do anything about it...... I should say 0 stars on this place. They also said the apartments are clean. Lie there was cigarette smoke on top of the fridge, the heaters and the bathroom was loaded with it."

"They're cute apartments and that's about it. From what I understand, management actually lives in rochester, which would explain why you better hope you don't have something serious go wrong. It takes quite a while for you to get anything done. My mother lives there and when I visit its crazy how paper thin the walls are. Noisy neighbors, which I understand you get, but I've never heard anyplace as bad as that and I've lived all over the place. The doors are heavy and the only way to shut them is by slamming them which makes it even louder. Shes had trouble with her locks since moving in, like not being able to get the key out if she tries to lock it or it just not latching. We've called mngmt several times but nothing has ever been done. They manage the temperature in your apartment and your only able to put it up so high. Elderly people get cold and 70 degrees just doesn't cut it in the winter with the blustering wind. I think the cost exceeds the value. Sorry guys, you really need to step it up and not take advantage of the small town folk."
