"It's truly a luxury apartment! It's the best apartment my wife and I have ever lived in. It's aesthetically built with a lot of amenities and electronic appliances. It comes with a garage too which is very convenient. The maintenance team takes care of everything in the winter and is very efficient. To summarize, it has everything that one looks for in an apartment. I would highly recommend it to anyone who plans to live in the Hornell area."
"This place is horrible. Very unorganized. Very controlling. Office is never any help. Get reported for doing nothing and get falsely accused. Was just left keys on move in and never got an in person tour. Move out was a pain. Def reccomend elsewhere."

"Great experience at Fairlawn Hills! I lived there from August 2018 until May 2021 and Stacie the Property Manager and Maintenance staff were exceptional throughout my stay. They were very quick to respond to my requests and always made sure I was satisfied. Great location, great amenities and great staff! You won't be disappointed!"
"Stacie, the leasing consultant and Jason, the maintenance man were very nice and easy to work with. Anything that needed fixing was fixed quickly. The apartment was beautiful and it was very handy to have a garage for my car. My apartment faced the woods, instead of the road, which actually was a cheaper choice. I saw deer on a daily basis and would often see turkey and fox. Hornell has many walking trails, and many "nature" things near by such as Letchworth State Park and Stony Brook State Park and the Finger Lakes. Rochester is easy to get to if you need a bigger city to shop at. I had a great experience living at Fairlawn Hills. I will truly miss living there."
