"I am surprised that this person named "Alan" if thats actually his real name works in this medical office. I was assuming a person working there would have to be educated however when I met him I realized otherwise. This person is a scammer and a thief. BEWARE OF THE PAPERWORK TITLED "NO CANCELATION POLICY". Once you sign that page, you are liable to $3,995, whether you get the treatment done or not. Do not sign any papers without reading them throughly and asking questions first. We have been trying to get our money ($3,995) back since November 2, 2023. We have went back and forth several times because of him promising a refund. Three months later now, almost four months and we haven't been given a refund. Yesterday he promised us a refund if we sign a settlement agreement. When we asked him how much the refund would be for before signing the settlement agreement he stated $100- $300, when the refund is supposed to be $3,995. He is an organized criminal whom is well acquainted with white collar crimes. He tried to convince us to commit insurance fraud stating get the treatment done and I'll have the insurance refund your money to you. Do not trust this company unless you plan on paying $3,995."

"Manhattan Medical Associates is the best a most professional Medical Centers I've ever visited in my life. The customer service is excellent. The booking of your next appointment is arranged before you leave. You receive a text 2 days prior to your appointment to confirm. The Medical Associates provide professional and expert skills. You and done in 8 to 10 minutes if you prep before you leave home . I am more than satisfied with the professional service they provide."

"Manhattan Medical Associates are great. The staff is professional and treat you with respect. If you have a problem, you definitely need to come here. I can tell you they do a lot to help you. The treatment is a little long and it can take several visits. But each visit is not too bad, only about 30 minutes. Sometimes there is a little wait but it's usually not too bad. Mondays and Fridays seem to be better. Especially in the afternoon. I had a really bad accident and I have some medical issues and I was in bad shape. All the other stuff didn't work even the pills. I'm a lot better now. Anyway, good luck. I think Manhattan Medical has a good thing going and I recommend that people try them if nothing else works."

"Amazing work done with their procedures to help my husband but I took away 2 stars because I was told by my husband while he was having a personal medical procedure done twice the nurse/medical assistant had their phone out and was scrolling through social media while the procedure was being performed. What if they took a picture of something or of him?? What ever happened to patient privacy? If it wasn’t for the great results I would have told my husband to never go back."

"I believe in the technology, the doctors definitely are qualified, and I gave it a go. It didn’t work that well on me, so they now are repeating the sessions at no cost. What I suggest though is you check you insurance to see if it is covered. Mine apparently didn’t and now in debt for quite a large sum of $$. Although the bills have been resubmitted, with further evidence why the procedure should be covered, I don’t have a strong feeling that the review will conclude even partial coverage. Will let you know"
