"I cannot recommend this 7-11. They keep the napkins behind the register and don't want to give them to customers. I don't want a cashier who just touched dirty money to hand me one napkin when I purchase a food item. This store is cheap and unsanitary. The napkins should be available to customers in the napkin holders at the coffee station. The employees are rude, treat the paying customers like criminals and guess prices when there is no barcode on the item. In the past i witnessed the owners form two lines, one for cash and one for card payments. They would not scan the barcode and manually type in and charge me higher prices for items on the cash line and not give me a receipt. I had to argue with the woman and threatened to notify the parent company Southland to get her to sell me the items at the correct prices. Find a different 7-11 to spend your money with."

"I purchased a cream cheese bagel. But it is very obvious that they mix their cream cheese with butter to most likely stretch their products! It is very upsetting because if I wanted a butter bagel that’s what i would have purchased! Taste is disgusting"

"This place is horrible. It needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau, needs new management or closed down and put up a Starbucks there. The worker had the audacity to argue with me when I was standing on a long line with several items in my hand. While someone came in and he took him I politely said excuse I was nex . The gentleman did apologized but the worker behind the counter started to argue with me. Why? Wasn't talking to him was talking to the customer. So rude. He don't need to be working where customer service is needed. Polite, being pleasant and respectful to ALL customers is key. I do hope management read this and notice this 7-11 has received a 1 star ( should have been ZERO rating)."

"Weirdest 7 Eleven I've ever been to. The kind of side of the highway trash, vagrants and day workers here is insane. Lines are sometimes retarded due to customers not knowing how to pay and leave quickly. Also weirdly has tons of shoplifting. Almost anytime i go here with a line ppl just get fed up and walk out without paying. Never seen a business like this before. I only go for their 99 cent big gulp iced coffee gimmick they got now. Otherwise I just bring my own thermos and get a coffee refill price. Don't see a need to do any other business with this location."
