"Unfortunately, my experience in this location is not good. I find this supermarket to be overpriced, and options are limited. On several occasions, I've asked for assistance and have been left waiting. On a positive note, the flower station is always beautiful."
"This has to be the worst store I’ve ever been too. The woman in customer service is rude, nasty, and aggressive, she was in full attack mode because I asked a question about a price. I can see why this store is virtually empty all the time."
"Personally find normal King Kullen prices a little high, but we were sick & in need of cough medicine. It was near the urgent care & usually KK is fine overall. Wound up stopping elsewhere after to find day cough medicine, & found both day + night cheaper, so bought both. 6 days later tried to return unopened bottle w/receipt to KK & was told that the law states they can't take meds back. I ask to see where that is posted, they couldn't find it posted anywhere but continued to refuse to take the rtn. Gave me their corporate #. I called corporate who asked me for the sales info, I received a call back telling me to return the item. 2nd day I returned the item, np to a (different ) young man. All employees acted professionally, corporate was also polite & professional, the loss of two stars is due to the 1) waste of my time while 2) I still do not know if it really is a state law nor what the problem actually was. Also, no where did I see any "law" posted regarding not accepting returns on unopened cough meds."
