"Very unorganized place. I give this place 0 stars. Both ladies the boss & the manager are helpless always on their phones and with AirPods talking to their friends instead of attending the customers. Last time they opened the store like 10/15 minutes late. Had 4 ladies including myself outside waiting for them to open. & they still shut the door in our faces told us to wait. They both are very racist too cause last time I went in with my best friend and she’s black. So they kept giving her attitudes and didn’t want to help all cause their system was down as if it was our fault. I don’t recommend anyone going to this place & all because of them. They need to replace both girls asap."

"Do not shop here this is the worst customer service I have ever received!! I was away on vacation and could not get back in 7 days to return the stuff that doesn't fit me because they refuse to have dressing rooms to try clothes on.. All I want is my money back for the clothes that don't fit me and I will never ever shop here again ! I was on hold with customer service at 7:50pm and they decided to keep me on hold until 8 o'clock and then disconnect my call because they closed at 8 o'clock! I will now have to call back tomorrow during MY business hours! Absolutely ridiculous! HOPE YOU ARE HAPPY RAINBOW SHOPS!"

"This is my store to dress up and look good on a budget. Especially when they have the shoes sale. It is all for us girls and the prices are excellent. They also carry plus sizes. It is way over crowded though, trying to maneuver between the racks and sometimes you got to hurry to get out someone's way that needs to pass. Wish they had more space. Will be back though."
