"I wish I could give this Dunkin’ Donuts zero stars. This is right by my house but I try not to go to this one because almost every time I go there they give me the wrong order or they mess up my order. So extremely frustrating when you pay so much for a coffee and you don’t even get what you ordered. Disappointing."
"I have been here about five times and four of the five times I have had issues. For example yesterday morning I ordered a bagel with butter and received a plain bagel with no butter inside. I had to go back to return it. They did give me the correct one after. Today I ordered a crossaint toasted and it was cold. It was also really hard. The caramel ice latte tasted horrible. I got it twice and both times I had to throw it away. I’ve learned my lesson and am not going back here. The store is so pretty but it’s not worth it."
"It’s a shame that such beautiful DD have the worst customer service I was there on Saturday and none of the workers didn’t attempt to acknowledge me. I was the one that approach a rude and not friendly worker which didn’t greet me or asked me how she can help me and nevertheless said thank you at the end of my transaction I felt as if I was bothering her. The whole team needs to be trained on how to treat customers. I will never visit this store again!"
"Today was my birthday and Arianna ( I hope I got her name right) made my iced coffee perfectly. She was kind and courteous. She made my day that much more special. I will definitely be back every time I'm in the area. Thank you for excellent service!"
