"Coffee is fresh but being empty this time of night hot chocolate machine shouldn't be empty. Plus it wouldn't stop dispensing hot water from the hot chocolate button when released. Needs fixing"

"Used instant checkout on my phone a number of mornings ago. Senior who says “happy” whatever day it is starts forcing me to checkout at the counter. I show him the receipt for the coffee. He says no you must pay. I try using the machine that scans your app at the exit. It’s not working. He starts flipping out on me for 5 minutes. Dudes like “be careful next time”. How am I supposed to know that your stores machine isn’t working and why can’t he verify it at the counter ? Clearly he’s one of those who blames everyone else for not understanding protocol."

"I’ve been living in the area for close to twenty years and unfortunately everyone has always agreed that our 7/11 staff wasn’t the best. The owner is awesome but some of cashiers have always been grumpy. I have to say though, their new hire “Lena” is an absolute joy to be around. Always smiling and makes it pleasant to finally visit my local store. I even have to go far to say that I would avoid my neighborhood 7/11 and travel to other ones but not anymore. Lena even held on to my wallet one day when I forgot it at the register. Just wanted to give recognition when it’s due. She’s been a great addition to your establishment."

"I was threatened by the man working in there tonight, I’ve never seen him before ( I am there every morning at 5 am for work ) and when I told him the coffee was no good ( it had grinds in the cup, I ended up with a mouth full ) he started screaming at me that his coffee is good and I must pay for the coffee and I was like noo? And then he started waving his arms and threatening me that “ I may never come back here and he better not see me here again.” Wow.....I don’t know what nerve I hit with him. Maybe because I was a woman I don’t know but you don’t speak to people this way and get away with it. I already emailed corporate. It was disgusting and I feel very unsafe. He even wrote my license plate number down as I drove away!!!! Over a cup of coffee??????? My god. Beware of this older Indian man, I wish I had his name but I was nervous it was only the two of us in there. If there was another man present I bet you he wouldn’t have screamed the way he did."
