"Turn over here is outrageous. New woman in the pharmacy; I will describe her because she had no name tag. Very slender, tattoo on her chest with a man's face on it. The kind of person that I couldn't strike up a conversation and ask who it was without her getting defensive and ugly to me. I went above and beyond to be extra nice to her and she was so rude to me. Then I asked what time they close and she said 6:00, and I said well what about the store, and she rudely said "I have no idea." It had the tone as, that's not my problem you figure it out. However, a man checked out after me and she was as nice as could be to him! Some women just hate women."

"The store manager at this CVS was very accommodating when we needed help locating items for an infant. He went out of his way to help us. The pharmacist is also very helpful and assisted us in transferring a prescription from another CVS location to this one where the medicine was in stock. Couldn’t have been nicer."

"There are three CVS pharmacies near me. The East Rockaway CVS on Ocean avenue, is where I go. John, the pharmacist, is WONDERFUL. Unfortunately, they do not administer the Covid vaccines, and I came to this one. I will not return to this CVS because the pharmacy depart is full of rude employees. The pharmacist, Teresa Walsh, is the worst. She is rude, obnoxious, sarcastic, condescending, combative and belligerent. I also think they are racist. If it wasn’t because I had to get my second COVID booster, I would have not been there. Next time I'll drive wherever I have to, to not come to the Great Lincoln CVS in Oceanside. I will stay away from this pharmacy. SAD, so SAD!"
