"I took a friend of mine bowling and this place has gone completely downhill. We paid for 3 games each didn’t even get thru one. We tried to order wings no service to be found whatsoever, Bowling balls kept getting stuck, staff was rude, etc. Save your money don’t go here literally go anywhere else."
"We tried to book a large party, after talking with Joe (party planner) he told us he would have to talk with his manager as it was to be a bachelor party. We had a bachelor party there 5 years ago and it was amazing. Well we waited for a call back since May, finally we got a hold of Joe and was told that he was in the middle of bowling and we could not have the party there and then he hung up on us! Bad business approach. Sorry Krista, but your Uncle would have been embarrassed to hear this."
"My son and I went here because it's so close to our house, but the place is pretty gross. The shoes looked and smelled pretty bad and the food (cheeseburger and chicken fingers) was terrible even by bowling alley standards. Service is extremely slow too. We ordered before we started to bowl and we'd nearly finished the first game before the food arrived. It's okay, but you'll have a better time bowling at a nicer alley."
"Me and my family came to bowl today around 12:30. Upon arrival we were told that we could not bowl until our party of 9 arrived. It was only 3/9 of us there which is fine no biggie. Once we get our shoes and bowl and we’re having fun we decided to get some food. I’m not sure the kitchen staffs name but ALL the staff were very rude and snappy. I placed a separate order of food before our big order was placed. My sister placed the big order so that was her first time meeting with the cashier. The cashier says to my sister “your order isn’t ready yet” with a snappy tone. Mind you she hadn’t ordered anything yet and the lady thought it was me. The bartender was also snappy and snapped her neck at my sister for asking for something else we did not receive with our order. Despite the staff me and my family tried to still enjoy our time but we will NOT be returning again! Also the food wasn’t the best either."
