"It is used be a best place, but the new management ruined it. Coming to the girls, they only go for white ppl with money and nit to others. I stayed 2hrs not even a women attended my table. I am foreigner and it would be a worst experience if a foreigner visit this place."

"We spent 40 dollars to UBER to Diamonds yesterday (College ID NIGHT). We thought it would be a nice, fun mid week date. After going to Diamonds for many many years, I have to post this review. THE PLACE HAS TOTALLY CHANGED. The other reviews were very accurate. A pack of dancers were giving a private party/dance to a surfer and his buddies. Literally, six dancers flocked the gent....dance after dance...drink after drink. None of the dancers interacted with the five other guests. We sat and watched the private party when the curtain was open. Dancers took their time to get to the stage and pull themselves away from the clique. In the past, dancers would come to our table, hug us (since we are regulars), enjoy a drink, and ask us for a dance. Nope. No dancers asked us for a dance. They were all completely indifferent since we were not in the private area drinking champagne with the surfer. Since we were on a date, it didn't bother us too much, and my fiance ordered wings. I knew there would be trouble when I saw the precooked, processed food. After a few bites, we asked for the food to be returned; it was horrible. Joseph, the bouncer, came to our table, and he took personal offense that we did not like the food. THE APPROACH was aggressive and taunting. "You look like you want to leave." "The chicken is precooked, so it is fine." "Are you okay; maybe you want to leave?" The bouncer was leaning on our table-- leaning into us while we sat-- in what seemed to be an effort to start a conflict over rubbery chicken. "Why are you escalating the situation? The chicken was bad. Once you leave our table and get our refund, we can enjoy the rest of our evening." I was very careful not to match his aggressive tone. Joseph left, played with his register, and returned with a receipt and short announcement that we would get the money in a few days. We left with over 100 Diamond Dollars after we gave our bottles to a guy and his two guests. I am not sure if we are going back because of Joseph's behavior. I understand that bouncers have to adopt a demeanor of authority, but there is a difference between controlling a situation...and causing a situation. When I read the other reviews this morning, I shook my head in disgust because others have had witnessed similar culture shifts from a gentleman's club to a trucker bar-- courtesy of over-zealous bouncers and dancers who sit, drink, and fail to interact."
