Outback Steakhouse

"Service from the bar seating area was terrible. When arrived no one was at the hostess area. We sat in the bar area. Then when we finally saw the hostess I let her know where we were. Waitress was slow, didn’t get menus, finally ordered, never asked if we wanted refills, when we were done eating, we asked 2 people to help get our bills, finally the waitress came over , asked how the bill will be paid and we said we wanted to pay separately , she said ‘I figured’. 5 minutes later we’re still waiting on the bill, again asked someone for help, waitress came over gave us the bill and we gave her our cards, she took it to the bar set it down and started making drinks. We went there to just get our cards and pay cash. She then said , if you sit without having the hostess know you get out of rotation. Upon paying my bill was approximately $4 more than one of the other bills, we got the same, grilled chicken, she got soup, I got side salad. My bill was $15+and the other was$11.. It also sounded like there was some sort of disagreement in the back. Tried calling, no answer, tried again asked for the manager, held on for a few minutes then it was disconnected. Tried calling back, no answer"

"Shania was a wonderful waitress for us tonight! 5 stars to you! Very kind hearted, prompt to service our needs, and went the extra mile! My steak was cooked perfectly to my liking. The baked potato was seasoned well. And the shrimp was an explosion of great flavors. 5 stars to the cooks tonight! I went here to celebrate my birthday and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you very much!"

"My dinner was very delicious. The salmon was seasoned just perfectly. The Cherry Limeade tasted very delicious. I didn't notice the alcohol and that was great for me. I got a free slice of cake because it was my birthday. Thanks Outback for the very tasty treat."

"Our food was amazing hot fresh and flavorful. Our waitresses took our order and brought us our check that's about the extent of what we seen of her. The young lady that was delivering food took care of all our other needs including drink refills. There was another waiter an older gentleman with glasses that made me so uncomfortable. while all other staff was busy being productive he was busy watching us in a way that made my skin crawl. He would duck his head between the booth and the divider and just stare. we thought well maybe he is watching his tables but they we at the other end other restaurant. I got up to use the restroom and he turned and watched me as I walked. Gave me major predator vibes we ended up collecting ourselves and leaving."

"Update 02/19/2023: Went to outback steakhouse again after church with my family and I enjoyed my food and everyone else that I was with enjoyed their food as well. I will picture it below. Originally I gave a four star review, and I am going to keep it at a four-star review. The second experience, the food was much better however, I did not like that the floors up under our booth was not clean. It was very sticky, as well as some of the dishes that came out to our table were not clean, such as the cutting board that the bread was on it had ketchup on the bottom. I got the wings and fries on the appetizer menu. Mild wings with ranch. They were good. Fries were okay but I felt like they just slapped fries on a plate and added cheese. They were all stuck together. I also asked to not have bacon on my fries."
