"I always go here for my prescriptions. I have asked questions and have gotten answers, good answers. They have even given treats to my sheperd, she loves that! I have picked up my rx's here for over 7 years. I trust them when they alert me to a difference in color or shape of a pill, that is why I would rather be with Walgreens instead of Wegmans."

"Every time I go to drop off a FedEx package the first scan doesn’t work and I have to convince them to scan it again, it then goes through. They won’t give me a printed receipt and send it to my phone and that doesn’t work. I wish they would get that together. The cashiers are about as pleasant as a toilet overflow. I will try to find another place to drop off FedEx parcels. Wont purchase anything at this one in Penfield."

"I had a bad experience at the pharmacy. The woman at the pharmacy counter would not let me explain, pretended that she did not understand me, and was speaking in a highly raised voice. It was only when my daughter intervened, she was willing to listen while she would not speak to me. I felt very sad. I observed that she was unkind to her other staff as well."
