"My Daughter Just Move To Penfield A Months Ago .She Went Into The Dollar Tree To Shop.She Was Then Followed By The Store Manager Karen. When She Ask Her Wht The Problem Was Carol Started To Say Tht She Was Banned .My Daughter Had Not A Clue Wht She Was Talking About.She Then Refused To Check Her Out,Called The Police On Her.When I Called,Asked Her Problem She Then Told Me My Daughter Looked Like Someone Who Was Banned .She Racial Profile My Child For No Reason,Embarrassed Her.I Have Yet To Hear From A General Manager To Call Me Back .This Is The Only Dollar Tree In The Area ,She Is Going About The Situation The Wrong Way.."

"5 Sept '21 I've been disappointed with this Dollar Tree lately in its cleanliness. It's a royal pain when my cart gets hung-up on debris that is cluttering the floors. Also the shelves need straightening. They do have plenty of stock so that is an improvement over the inconvenience of dealing with floor having garbage on it."
"I am disappointed with my pre-order of balloons. I have always stopped in and purchased balloons and it’s been great … I decided to pre-order graduation balloons so that I didn’t keep people waiting while my order was being filled. I wound up with half of my order being old balloons that look like they have been sitting around for weeks. I’m really disappointed. I thought the order would have been filled the same day, but it’s clear they mixed in old balloons. I get it, it’s the dollar store, but when you’re running around doing 100 things before a big party, going back to rebuy balloons is an unnecessary hassle. Next time I won’t pre-order."
"I was serviced by Karen today with no greeting or acknowledgement. She huffed and puffed with no eye contact as she worked.. After she rang me up, my entire purchase was declined, and the receipt said cash, she clearly pressed the wrong button but took no accountability for her action. So she rang me up a second time and now my total was a 1.00 more. I asked her why, and her response was, maybe she missed something the 1st time... so I used the same method of payment and it went through with no issue. Her name "Karen" fits the stereotype of today "Karens." Basic customer service training is necessary for Karen. I will not return to be mistreated by a Karen."
