"So frustrating, every time i get my meds from here they mess them up- last time the gave me the wrong prescription and I ended up having to go through a 30 minute phone call with them explaining it with a lady who was not so nice. Thankfully I transferred all my medications to east ave wegmans- so much easier"

"Absolutely love Wegman's Penfield Pharmacy! They had changed the manufacturer of the thyroid pills my cat has to take which resulted in the pill shape and size changing. I have to cut the pills each day for her to take and this new shape is almost impossible to split, it just keeps crumbling. Called Wegman's Penfield Pharmacy right away and they could not have been nicer. Not only are they going to reorder the medicine from the original supplier and swap it out for me; but they have put a note in the account to only order that particular med from the original manufacturer. The pharmacy representative was knowledgeable, understanding, thorough and accommodating on the phone. This is why Wegman's as a store (including the pharmacy department) has the great reputation for customer service that they have!"

"Doctor phoned in prescription on Friday 4 pm. Not filled by 10 am the next day. Now I am in the store. Waiting at the bench for 35 minutes. Still not ready and I am going to have to leave soon. Without my meds!"

"I was going here for convenience but it is no longer that. I now try to plan grocery shopping around prescription pickup so I'm not there multiple times a week. They have gotten super nit picky. Not only that they can't keep their story straight. It's always something different. One person tells you one thing and the next person says something different. Don't feel like writing a book so I'll leave it at that. Smaller pharmacies are hard to find but they are worth it; even if it less convenient. I'm done with this pharmacy!"

"I would like to start out with I love wegmans as a whole but my experience with this particular location was terrible. Helping hands not helpful-they would rather mess around on the job instead of actually doing their job. Management needs work on customer service and problem solving resolution instead of getting short with customers and being rude. I will never shop at this location again. Very negative staff and experience as well as a physically unsafe environment. They also refused to fix the problem or send a formal letter of apology. I called the customer service number but they don't do anything but redirect you to that same store. It was a complete waste of time because they just don't seem to care or take safety seriously. Luckily my baby didn't get hurt because customers eventually came to help even though helping hands was right there."
