"We had stayed at this Hampton Inn in the past and was very pleased. When we stayed a few days ago we were very disappointed that they took away a visitors choice to stream TV through the fire stick we always use when we travel. The front desk even had the house man come up to our room to assist us. He was absolutely fantastic and tried everything to help us. It became very clear that when the owner had new TVs installed he had them bypass the capability to use the HDMI outlets. I feel it is wrong to charge the prices they do and then not even give the customer the right to watch what they choose during their stay. They also advertised the room to have a bathtub, which it did, but with no drain plug, it is impossible to take a bath. I am just glad I did not have my Granddaughter with me. Young children/toddlers do not really do showers. It is sad to find a nice hotel that is clean, with great staff, only to have the owners worry about nothing but his bottom dollar and change equipment to save a couple bucks, at the expense of his customers. I guess we won't be staying at this Hampton Inn again."
"We really enjoyed this hotel. It was super clean and amazingly fragrance free which is important to us. The bed was so comfortable. We chose this hotel because it had an EV car charger, and it worked great every time. Service was friendly and helpful. This is now our first choice in where to stay when visiting Rochester."

"Great location, clean, comfortable, newer hotel. Great check in experience! Elevators were horrible! They were not synched so many hit both which is not efficient at all. Whomever made this decision should get out of the hotel industry. Breakfast was also limited. Much more than comparable Hampton inn properties. If you have lots to plug in I advise a power strip. My side of the bed did not have a convenient outlet to charge laptop and phone. Helpful hint: choose third floor. Parking in the back enters on the third floor making for easy in and out since the elevators were bad."
