He was scared at first, but Dawn let me stay and watch and gave me so much information and tips and was just all around great. She made me feel comfortable and axel to. She even trimmed his nails and he smelt and looked so good. She even gave me some good recommendations on puppy food, treats and puppy wash when I asked her! Definitely going again!"
