"First and foremost Dr. KANALEY is the best and the ONLY reason we are with Tonawanda Pediatrics. We have been with Dr. Kanaley since our first born which was 13 years ago, and Is currently also with our 2 newest additions to the family. We have witnessed the ups and downs of this practice over 13 years. For the most part, we have had positive interactions with this practice, although I have to unfortunately admit, we do NOT like some of the new doctors on staff (Balderman & Clark "

"We took our 11 month old daughter to Pediatric Urgent Care due to being outside of Tonawanda Peds business hours.. there we were prescribed Amoxicillin for a right ear infection. Our daughter had extreme congestion, eye boogers, a cough etc. Something that wasn’t “just a virus”. Two days later, we didn’t notice a change so we brought her into our primary, Tonawanda Peds. We were told “I know she looks sick to you because you’re her parents, but she’s not”. We were also advised to stop taking the antibiotic at day 7 instead of day 10 because she “didn’t have an ear infection”. We did not stop taking the antibiotic because you don’t just stop taking an antibiotic.. & she didn’t prescribe it! We left. Two days pass, we take her to Urgent Care again. She now has a double ear infection due to the amoxicillin not working.. BUT two days prior, our primary doctor told us we do not have any ear infection. This is not the first time we’ve been what I call “written off”. A different situation - when she was a newborn, we were told her belly button was red and bothered from her diaper (that does not cover her belly button) when she actually has a hernia. We immediately changed offices. And do NOT recommend."
