"Charged me 110 dollars for a sick exam fee after sending my dog back to my car after like 5 mins and not even examining her we literally just talked about how she’s nervous they did a weigh in and took her poo that is literally insane. If you didn’t examine my dog why are you charging me and charging me 85 exam fee AGAIN to come back it’s not my fault you give me medicine that costs 100 dollars btw that clearly didn’t work well the first few times. I literally work two jobs and go to school and she’s telling me to squeeze training from a specific trainer now when I repeatedly told her I can after end of Feb/beginning of March like I only have 24 hrs a DAY. Literally so ridiculous. I’m so fed up. Already taking my dog to the vet is stressful but on top of her antics I’m actually so done. This is literally just the tip of everything she’s done I could write a whole novel on their lack of capability. BYE TL;DR DONT COME HERE they just like to charge and upsell you on useless stuff they could not give a flying care about your pets"
