"It is such a joke! At the end of last Oct, our family enrolled our baby and put a down payment to send him there starting from the middle of March. Nothing happens until they sent us an email yesterday saying that they cant take our baby and will refund us our deposit. It is a big shock to us, and I am very angry of that email. First, they didnt tell us right away but waited for 3 months to give us a notice that they couldnt take our baby; within one month, it is nearly impossible to find a daycare. Second, it really disturbs our lives because we have planned our lives with the daycare with works! We called them to know what happened. They said that a deposit and enrollment doesnt guarantee a spot. The hell!!! Ridiculous!!! They should know in advance before they started an enrollment, and then gave us such a short notice. They put us in a desperate situation that we shouldnt be. I wish to give them a 0 star instead of 1."
