Whatever you need fixed or replaced, she is on it! And not in a few days or a week.. she takes care of it right away! I know we are in good hands. We highly recommend Willow pond apartments, affordable, very quick process, high quality. You will not be disappointed!"

"I am a current resident at Willowpond and this is the second time I’ve lived here. Marni is so accommodating and she always addresses my needs promptly. My unit is beautiful, updated and clean. Dan in maintenance is also great about getting things fixed quickly and correctly. The pool and playground are nice and well kept. I would highly recommend the townhomes at Willowpond for anyone that wants a nice place for a reasonable price."

"Marney and the management team is the worst possible people ever! Marney (the property manager) has been nothing but a bi*#h. She is absolutely no help and so rude about everything. She picks and chooses who she wants to be nice with and won’t help you if she doesn’t like you. The management people are a joke and don’t fix anything, they just paint over issues and do temporary fixes. The town houses are poorly built with awful insulation and terrible mold issues in the basement! I will say it again Marney is the most inconsiderate, cold hearted person I have ever met and the management people are not trained! 0/10 recommend living here unless you like living in mold and having a useless management team"
