"This hospital is not recommended, if your pet is sick, they do not want to cure your pet, the doctor will try to make you pay more money. Disgusting place!!"
"I have been taking my dog to LNV for the past 7 years.. and I'm extremely grateful for their dedication to my pet's well-being and friendly atmosphere. Today, I was helped by vet tech Sarah.. she was super attentive to my concerns and patiently listened to every detail about my pet's conditions.. I've visited other veterinary clinics (when LNV is unavailable to see my pet) that have been extremely dismissive of my pet... but LNV never disregards my concerns and actively looks for ways to help my pet feel better! All of the vet techs are super kind and Doctor Kim knows what he is doing. I trust them 100% :) If I could give this vet a 10 star, I would. Thank you, Little Neck Vet!!!! edit: also, for those complaining about the bill... every other veterinary clinic in NY that I've visited are 10x the prices that Dr. Kim offers. LNV offers good prices for the quality of their services."
"They’re pretty efficient and they keep the waiting area very clean. I appreciate that they don’t push unnecessary services and don’t make you feel like you’re cheaping out on your pet by not opting in for certain things. They will tell you what’s strongly recommended but always leave the decision up to the pet owner. Dr. Kim never rushes you and has excellent bedside manners."
