CVS

"24 hours to have one prescription filled out of two, which at first they said they never received. When I called recording said it would be ready 7 pm, 28 hours after it was called in. Said they didn’t receive the second prescription that was sent in at same time!"

"So I just got off the phone with cvs compliant dept. This is the 3rd time prescription was called in early morning and not ready by almost 6pm. This store will tell you when you call (if they even answer) "it will be ready in 10 min". Drive to the store stand on line because they shut the drive through down. Stand on a line of sick people, finally get to the counter to have them tell you come back in 2 hours because its still not ready. This place needs to be closed and everyone fired. Transfering to rite-aid. This is a shame"

"I am disgusted with what is happening with CVS as of these past few weeks. I cannot get my medication due to the lack of staff and the large line at the pharmacy. The drive thru is closed. I am immunocompromised and disabled and had to stand on line today where a man coughed on me. I ended up not getting my medication again. I am appalled at how a corporation can not care about their staff and customers. The only good thing is how well the current staff is handling this. I'm changing my pharmacy immediately."

"I love this CVS and have been shopping here for years. However, their pharmacy and staff are mediocre. Today the pharmacist there totally messed up my prescription and then did not know the generic name for my prescription !!! I had to tell her. Disappointed. Update: Today I went to CVS and the pharmacist filled my prescription giving me a 3 month supply. When I told them I only needed a 1 month supply as I had 3 refils, the rude pharmacy tech named Katrina started yelling at me and claimed my doctor called it in that way which makes no sense. Then the manager named Jeff stepped in and said do not talk to my staff that way when I was not even doing anything remotely unprofessional. I was really shocked and then some cray customer started screaming at me too. This was totally inappropriate and totally disgusting."

"I’ve seen the recent reviews and not that I am in validating peoples opinions and thoughts but I’ve had nothing but a pleasant experience with this pharmacy and store in general. I was even able to fill the prescription urgently and they were more than willing to override the original date for the fill so I appreciated that. Otherwise, pretty standard pharmacy situation and set up and it definitely doesn’t hurt that both the store and pharmacy or 24 hours."
