"At 1:26 p.m., pharmacist literally closed the gate in my face. I had called 1.5 hours before to confirm that my prescription was ready and there was no mention of the pharmacy closing for lunch; nor was there any signage in the store. I literally begged the pharmacist to give me my prescription and explained that I was in pain and had gone to the doctor that morning and that I would not be able to get back to the pharmacy until the next day. I was paying cash. It would have been a two-minute transaction. It seemed more important to the pharmacist to defend himself and tell me that the policy had been in practice for more than a year. When I explained that I don't normally go to that store, he pretty much just shrugged his shoulders; all the while continuing to close the gate. I have since filed a complaint with the corporate office. Let this be a warning to others that this store does not care about your well being. I guess lunch is much more important. Needless to say, I will not be going back."
