"I recently visited this animal center over the summer and was blown away by the level of care they provided. From the moment I walked in, I could tell it was a special place. A little old, but I guess they could do the job. Dr. Ryan, in particular, stood out to me. He took the time to really listen to my concerns about my pet and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. His genuine love for animals was evident, and it was clear that he wanted what was best for my furry friend. After my initial positive experience here, I recently returned for a follow-up appointment with Dr. Ryan, but unfortunately he was no longer there and I followed up with Dr. Pat However, the real disappointment came during the appointment with Dr. Pat. Unlike Dr. Ryan's compassionate and thorough approach, Dr. Pat seemed disinterested and inattentive. He barely acknowledged my concerns and rushed through the examination without providing much explanation. It was evident that he lacked the same level of dedication and care that I had previously experienced with Dr. Ryan. Dr. Pat had only seen interested in running up the bill and showing me more products that I don't need... especially a product that comes with a warning label that my dog can choke from it. Place is great but it seems like the whole place is a walking bill when Dr. Pat is in."

"BEWARE this vet clinic! I had a terrible experience. Not only did they lose my dogs stool sample, but they didn’t give him his second dose of his vaccine that was due that day and did not take his weight. They also gave me no answers for his cough but expected me to put him on medicine. Why would I medicate my dog if you don’t know what’s causing the problem? The care they put into my dogs appointment was bare minimum. They took no time to explain anything to me either. If you want your pets to have a great vet experience, find somewhere else. I asked for a manager to call me and I still have not heard anything. Terrible."

"Dr Baffa is attentive, caring & knowledgeable. I drive over 30 mins to see her because of how comfortable she makes me feel when shes taking care of my pets."

"This place is a total SCAM. Completely mishandled my dogs situation and now the dog is 50x more sick. Do not take your animal to this awful establishment. I can promise you the only thing they care about is the ridiculous bill they hand you. Worst vet office ever. Awful employees. POS!!!!"

"I absolutely love this office and Dr. Pat! Dr. Pat has excellent recommendations and was always cautious with my pup especially on the first visit. We bought my puppy in long island and the office was associated with the store. Dr. Pat was sure to fill me in about what to expect and gave me all the information and answered any questions I had. It was also my first puppy in a different breed that I was not familiar with and he gave me some more information about the breed so that I could better understand. The office staff are great and i’m sure extremely overwhelmed with the amount of patients they see in a day so wait times are sometimes long but it is totally worth it. Getting a dog and maintaining it is a bit stressful and of course another added expense but that comes with the territory and being a pet owner. Thank you to Dr. Pat and all the staff who have been so amazing! Simba and I truly appreciate it!!"
