"Staff is disrespectful and unprofessional. Called because my request to refill a prescription was sent to the wrong doctor causing a delay. When I called to place the request and to update moving forward I got nothing but attitude from the technician as if it was my mistake. When dealing with patients there’s gotta be a sense of urgency and respect and simple human decency. This location needs new management and I’d say new staff with proper customer service training. I can only imagine how they must treat other patients with more serious needs from mine."
"I’ve seen the recent reviews and not that I am in validating peoples opinions and thoughts but I’ve had nothing but a pleasant experience with this pharmacy and store in general. I was even able to fill the prescription urgently and they were more than willing to override the original date for the fill so I appreciated that. Otherwise, pretty standard pharmacy situation and set up and it definitely doesn’t hurt that both the store and pharmacy or 24 hours."
