"I recently switched from another feline only vet in town to here and have been blown away by the care/service my cat and I have received at Buffalo Feline Hospital. I was used to having my cat's vet appointments bring me anxiety and since switching to BFH I leave any appointment or interaction with the office very satisfied and cared for. My cat just had a dental cleaning done here and Dr Melanie Burkard, Annie LVT and everyone I have had contact with was exceptional. The entire team went above and beyond to set clear expectations, fully explain options, communicate effectively and provide excellent care. 10/10 experience, I can't recommend this place enough."
"I was extremely pleased with the care and service provided at this establishment. The woman at the front desk was so kind and she helped answer all my questions and walked me through everything so patiently. Dr Burkard was incredibly knowledgeable and she made me feel very comfortable every step of the way. I feel very fortunate I found this vet and will continue to bring any cat I have in the future. Everyone was very patient and I appreciated how everything was clear. I didn't leave unsure or with any questions."
"We inherited a 22 year old cat whose owner died he came to us with an open wound on his front leg that would not heal we took him to Buffalo Feline Hospital and met with the doctor we started with honey wraps to help the skin heal but after several attempts we we’re looking at surgery or euthanasia we opted for the surgery praying that he would make it through he did and beyond all expectations he is doing quite well first layer of stitches were removed and so far so good skin has grown back and looks great. This was done with the perseverance of the doctor researching what she could do and we are very glad that she is a caring doctor who loves cats. I highly recommend this doctor her staff and the hospital"
