"I'm so excited to have these folks in the neighborhood! They are so knowledgeable and GREAT with all animals, not just exotics! We're fortunate to have their establishment so close to home. Buffalo is the "City of Good Neighbors"."
"Pulled into a non plowed parking lot. My granddaughter fell on ice. Doesn't look like a pet store that you can just walk right into. Had to ring the doorbell. Nobody answered even though their hours said open. We got back into car called the number listed phone picked up and hung up. Called again they answered. I asked if open they said yes. I said I'm outside they said they will be back in like 30 to 45mins. Not very professional. Looked through window a bunch of boxes to the left and like 10 tanks to the right. Maybe they are just starting. Disappointed granddaughter I had. Won't be back."
