"Doctor Lee was not the one taking care of me during cleaning day - which I was not advised previously but I found it on my first appointment scheduled date - Doctor Chae was professional but not a dental oncologist as I was looking for specifically. Now I’ve been requesting my x rays so I can’t find a second opinion but I received literally 3 images from the tons of x rays I was taken on my initial visit. Would not recommend this place if you are looking for a dental oncologist UPDATE 10/13/2022 DO NOT waste your money. When I decided to switch practice my medical records (which I payed for) were never given entirely. I was only given a printed piece of paper with tiny X-rays that were not useful at all at the following practice I established care. So I needed to pay again for new X-rays. Every time I visited this practice the first thing I was asked was my credit card to pay the crazy amount of around 10K for 3 root canals. Lastly and the most disappointing thing that happened: it was hard to reach out and get an answer back from either dentist or his father who manages the practice finances. However, they always found a way reach out to me when asking for credit card information. They charged me 500 dollars using MY SAVED CREDIT CARD INFORMATION given at some point in the past. I did not authorize this payment at all but they went ahead and used this saved information which again I did not authorize it! This is illegal! As a cancer survivor and physician, I find this practice unethical and unprofessional. Living in NYC there are many other places where you will find professionalism and patient centered care. UPDATE 01/23/23 New checkup at my current dental practice. One of the root canals probably needs to be redone. I will find out next visit at my new dental practice. Any extra procedure and expense needed because of malpractice will be claimed to your practice! I’m still waiting on my records to be emailed. To any potential patient, please do not waste your money here at all!"

"Awful office..Had a very bad experience and the man at the front desk very rude. I see that they are getting people they work with leaving reviews not patients. Dr. Lee needs to get a woman or a man that speaks English at the front desk. I don't care how many years experience he has. And not his father. My tooth is still hurting me after paying them over $450. Don't wast your time and money."
