"I came about 2 weeks ago and will NEVER come again. I found a bag of Zignature dog food and when I opened it there was a hole and RAT feces inside of the bag, I believe there was rat poison too in the floor. When I called I was then called a liar! They would "never sell that" they said, yet my fiance has seen and heard multiple rats squeaking around the large bags not including other bags with holes rat infested. I will attach a photo of my bag. (They post fake 5 star reviews to hide what I saw)"
"what an amazing addition to this neighborhood. The store has a wide variety of high quality treats and foods that is hard to find elsewhere. They have a lot of toys as well as grooming products. The staff is also extremely nice and knowledgable and is always willing to help out. I love that they do deliveries or pick up orders as well. They also have a loyalty program that helps save you money. Owner pops in frequently to make sure the store is up to standard and is also really friendly. Looking forward to see how Pet Club continues to grow!"
"Everyone at Pet Club is super helpful and attentive. Finally, a local place to find anything for my dog. I’ve online ordered in the past but kind of bummed when it arrives. The selection is great and the prices are on par with online. Highly recommend Pet Club NYC!!!!"
"Very clean and convenient place to shop for all your pet shopping needs. This place was initially a odd space with versions biz trying to get noticed. But the pet club did an amazing job remodeling the space to become a shiny gem to the forest hills community. Today was their first day and still have yet to finish the setup. Without price tags on items, it was little difficult to get a feel of how cheap or expensive their items are."
