"Dr. Olaru is phenomenal! She was able to explain my symptoms and procedures thoroughly. However, I can't say the same about my experience with her colleague, Dr. Shay; he undermined what Dr. Olaru said and dismissed my concerns during the hysteroscopy Dr. Olaru requested. Furthermore, Dr. Shay hadn't read my file before the hysteroscopy and didn't know who my ob-gyn was. The entire experience with him left me feeling confused and enfeebled."

"Unfortunately, after years of coming to this doctor the experience has become intolerable due to her administrative, office support staff. Consistent 1-2hour wait times set aside, when facing a diagnosis, waiting for scripts or wanting information/bare bones info post appointments or test results, I am met with an inability to answer questions, promises to be called back or contacted by nurses that never do, information and results that are not uploaded to my patient portal in a timely fashion (sometimes never even making it there), the list goes on. Once or twice I’ve had positive test results I was never contacted about and only found out the next time I visited for my routine check up! The doctor herself is very knowledgeable and nice so if you are looking for an average annual or biannual OBGYN experience and lucky enough to never need any further assistance you’re probably fine to come here. But should you ever come to this doctor with a concern, issue or abnormal result, LOOK ELSEWHERE. I have only ever been left hanging, confused and even more concerned than before I came."
