"Over a month after closing this company hasn’t even recorded the deed with the county. The employee gave the sellers attorney wrong info. When buying something as large as a purchase of property do not trust this company. Save money and go with literally anyone else for the same insured title policy. Search charges were over 1k for a house purchase. You can get this anywhere else for half the price and even less than half at most companies. My attorney said it was high and they just said it’s their standard rate."

"They deserve zero stars! This company has no integrity. The attorney that was recommended by my selling agent was given POA to sell my property, as I had to relocate for a new position. Both the attorney (Rosario Law Group, PLLC) and Red Stone Title Agency conspired to withhold thousands of dollars from me at closing. I was contacted the day of closing, 1200 miles away and was told I had tax liens on my property that needed to be resolved, so they’d hold a portion of the proceeds until it was resolved. I questioned why I was being told this on the day of closing and got the don’t worry about it response, and that the attorneys assistant would ensure this was completed. Long story short, everyone got paid from me selling my house and I’m still here fighting to have my money released. Just to give you a time line, my house sold on March 16, 2021 and it is November 10, 2021, and I’m still fighting to get funds released. I welcome Redstone to respond. I dare you to. So I can drop all the receipts! They are immoral and unethical!"
