"Kriss and spencer are amazing I went in tonight to get new sheers to fix my daughters hair during a hair cutting miss hap with there abundance in knowledge in what products would work best I was able to save my child’s dignity and not have to cut her hair into a masculine hair style. Which isn’t what my child wanted so thank you again !!!"

"I wish I had caught the name of the employee who helped me, but she was absolutely phenomenal. She helped me pick the right brand of hair dye for just a tint of color, and was extremely honest with which brands she liked and didn’t like. Store was well stocked and clean too!"

"Went in with a friend who purchased a razor and blades, and I was purchasing lightener, developer and toner. There were two employees, one at the register and another who seemed to be the supervisor on duty. I asked if they had any smaller toner, which the supervisor-looking employee came down the aisle to assist me with. At that time my friend had been checking out with the razor purchase by the other employee. The supervisor employee asked me about my friend who walked out of the store after just purchasing the razor, saying that he had scissors in his back pocket. I called him back into the store and she told him he stole them, he responded that it was a razor and he just purchased it. She asked for a receipt, in the most condesending and accusatory tone. He told her to ask her co worker if she just checked out his purchase of the razor, while showing her the razor in his back pocket. Maybe next time correlate with your staff before you accuse someone of thievery. The excuse for accusing the other customer was that "someone had stole something in front of her face last week." I informed her that we're not people who steal things. Needless to say, I won't be back to this particular store. Maybe extend your knowledge on how to handle an incident of suspected theft, instead of accusing your paying customers. I'm disgusted."

"Sally has a pretty wide variety of products, especially hair dyes and shampoos. Basically they have a little of a lot. Given that the store is relatively small, there is a good-sized make-up section with high quality products, lots and lots of nail polishes and nail implements like cuticle nippers. The "ethnic" section is small, but the products that are there are high quality. The sales associates don't hover over you but definitely have to try to get as many people to join their beauty club as possible -- that's a corporate thing probably, and not an issue with the store itself. If you're looking for ponytail holders, headbands, barrettes, and the like, this isn't the place. They don't carry those things in this store but may have some online -- I think it's because the focus is supposed to be on professionals and not the everyday person (again likely a corporate thing)"

"I came in looking for a lightening powder and developer to prep for a bright color. I used to get the packet of powder and the right size bottle of developer at another store, but they were completely out of stock and went here to pick up something that would do the same thing. The person who helped me was quite abrupt and seemed condescending to the fact I didn't know off the top of my head the size of the bottles I had gotten before, or what volume (I used to just pick it up at the other store, sorry I didn't memorize it). I wound up leaving without buying anything because I didn't feel like she was being helpful, and everything was way more expensive, and in larger quantities than I needed. I'll wait for my normal supplier to get back in stock, or order online. Had she been more willing to educate me about the products, or help me find out what I used to get, I may have switched completely."
