"I got my haircut with Puja a few weeks ago and I can honestly say it’s the best haircut I ever got. It looks great both blow dried AND if I just wash and go. (A very new experience for me, as I have wavy, difficult to manage hair). I think the dry cut had a lot to do with it. It is so nice to look at my hair every day and actually feel good about it."

"I started coming to WRC in November 2022 to prep my hair for my wedding in September 2023. This was my first experience getting a dry haircut and I’ll never go back to getting my haircut wet. Getting your haircut dry allows your hairstylist to work with your natural hair texture and for you to get a better sense of what it would look like on a day-to-day basis. I love how my hair looks after Carlyn cuts it! She is also fantastic at styling my hair. After getting a few haircuts with Carlyn I decided to book a hair trial for my wedding. We experimented with styling my hair up, down and half-up / half-down. I had done a hair trial with other stylists and none of them could achieve the textured look on a brunette like Carlyn could. Throughout the process Carlyn was super easy to work with and had great recommendations. I was hesitant to wear my hair up on my wedding day but it looked amazing. I’m so thankful that Carlyn helped me look and feel my best on my special day. I ended up booking a haircut for my fiancé to prep for our wedding and have also introduced my sister to Carlyn. She has incredible talent!"

"I recently had my color done with Tia. I've been getting my hair done for 20 years, and this is the first time I have ever felt compelled to write a review. Then again, there has never before been such a wild disconnect between what was discussed prior to the service and what I left the salon with. Tia and I discussed how I'd like to blend in my piece-y blond highlights into my medium-brown hair. We looked at a few pictures, particularly of Hailey Bieber, and Tia suggested that instead of blending the highlights we do an all over color. Again, the goal was Hailey Bieber, who has sort of lighter golden brown hair. I did not leave with Hailey Bieber hair. I left with Kendall Jenner hair. I got home and my husband called me Wednesday (as in Addams). It is a deep, rich, very dark chocolate brown. Which I'm sure some people would like, but it's just SO FAR from what we discussed, and miles from what I had any desire to have on my head! I expressed some reservation to Tia in the salon, and she assured me it would wash out soon, which doesn't actually make it better. I emailed the salon, and they said I could come in to have the 'tone adjusted'. I didn't love that idea, given how much they'd lost my trust, and their response was then basically bye felicia, have a nice life. I'm really quite upset to have spent almost $400 dollars on hair I didn't at all want, and will now have to pay more elsewhere to get fixed."
