"First the positives - Dr Usen listens and is knowlegeable - 5 stars. However, the support functions seem understaffed. Long wait times to leave a message, telling patients what they want to hear instead of the truth, and associated issues. 1 star Average it out to three stars for the building."

"I have to say I am very disappointed but not incredibly surprised. I went to my pcp there Dr Kristin Gillotti, with concerns that the difficulties with mental illness that I have experienced in the last 30 years of my life are due to undiagnosed adhd. I am an adult female and I am very aware that symptoms tend to manifest very differently in female and in adults, although dr Gillotti did not seem to be aware this. She asked me two questions that you might ask a 6 year old boy who can’t sit still in class, when I didn’t answer those in the way she wanted she immediately dismissed my concerns and told me that neuropsychiatric testing would be required for a diagnosis which is completely false it’s well within her per view as a pcp to diagnose. Now if her concern was that the treatment was beyond her abilities given the comorbidties that I have developed as a result of the rampant unchecked adhd ie anxiety and depression, that might be understandable but that was not her wording so i suspect she assumed I was wrong or lying. I also have high intelligence which will mask symptoms, and having had to live with this for so long, I obviously have had to come up with my own set of coping mechanisms, healthy or not, these things make it difficult to describe symptoms in general, which again is very common for someone in my position. My appointment lasted literally a quite laughable 15 minutes, the spiel she delivered seemed as if she was on auto pilot, it did not give me the feeling she really cares very much about her patients and hey honestly you don’t have too, but it is your job and I am a paying customer. She couldn’t even google adhd symptoms in an adult female beforehand to prepare for the appointment? Imagine after 30 years of misery you finally work up the courage to ask for help and the door is slammed in your face without even a full conversation. You’re really going to sit their and tell me my inability to put sheets on my bed for the last 2 years or the fact that I haven’t been able to change the only source of light that went out in my bedroom over the summer yet, I’ve been trying to get around to renewing my passport for the last 4 years, I lost my only credit card for a few months and never shut it off because I couldn’t make the phone call don’t worry I eventually found it, all of this is normal adult behavior ? but maybe I should just lose a little weight. She sounded both stupid and ignorant. I eat well, I exercise, I actually managed to lose 40lbs last year bc the stars aligned and I became hyper fixated on weight loss at the same time my work was having a weightloss competition but you wouldn’t know that because you didn’t ask you assumed you knew better. I may not be having suicidal ideations but I live everyday with the overwhelming crippling feeling that would rather just be dead than deal with these symptoms anymore, I am mentally and physically exhausted and I just need help. I went to my doctor for help and not only did she not take my concern seriously I felt like she was just trying to get me to leave faster. Like I said disappointed but not surprised."

"I made an appointment for an annual physical and an appointment was made for 3 months later. Less than 10 hours before my appointment I got cancelled on, and was left to reschedule my own appointment and wouldnt get in for another 2 months. If I cancelled within 24 hours I’d face consequences. I moved health providers."

"I have been to the Maple Road location a couple times. One to see my primary doctor Dr Catherine Tota Thurn. I was dealing with a sinus infection that had been persistent for about 3 months she prescribed some antibiotics and got me back on track quickly! My second visit to the location was with the Dr Joshua Usen or pre-op clearance for a broken left clavicle. Wait time was very low, I emphasized the previous review as the facility is very modern and clean. Dr Joshua and his staff did a great job getting me ready for surgery! Thank you!"
