There are no official emails to send for request and you may need a paper trail (proof) and not a verbal confirmation. If this gets deleted again it will be on the BBB with more information."

"Started as a new patient here despite all the bad reviews hoping for a good outcome....listen to the bad reviews!!!!!! Dr. Masci made me wait for over an hour at my initial appointment to see him despite being the first appointment of the day. I arrived at the office at 8:55 and did not complete my appointment until 12:15. This was during the work day and I was late to my responsibilities despite using 2 hours of PTO which I thought would be more than enough. Dr. Masci checked his phone and laptop repeatedly during our conversation and was also called out of the room mid appointment. I was "prescribed" two medications during this appointment, neither of which have actually been sent to my pharmacy despite calling the office TWICE. Dr. Masci also told me I couldn't have bipolar disorder if I've never been arrested or hospitalized despite presenting symptoms and having a deep family history of BPD. Absolutely abysmal."

"Inexcusably bad, would give a zero if I could. I should have known what I was dealing with when Amanda Block prescribed me an SSRI after I insisted I did not want to be prescribed an SSRI after my previous bad experience on one (citalopram). She insisted to me, repeatedly, that citalopram is not an SSRI (it is) and prescribed me a different one to which I reacted poorly. The last straw was when my provider was 25 minutes late - for an appointment I had made on my lunch break - and when I called the practice to voice my concern I was told that it was to be anticipated that that kind of thing would happen with no recourse. Funny since my provider never spoke to ME for more than 10 minutes."

"If you want a call back this is not the place for you. I have been waiting on a callback about my medical marijuana concern for over a week. I was told over a week ago they would call me back that day and they never did, 3 days of calling and trying to reach someone I was finally able to yesterday morning. Once again I was told they would call me back with an answer concerning my medical concerns and if I can continue using MM, once again they never called back. I have spent hundreds of dollars at this place but when it comes to a medical concern they don’t return your call. It’s incredibly discouraging."

"I LOVE the people but trying to make an appointment or trying to cancel an appointment is stressful. I once left a message on the phone and no one got back to me. Then i was told by the receptionist, that they had multiple answering machines and one could have went to one that wasn’t listened too... then i was charged for missed appointments etc..."
