"Highly unprofessional-- they call to do your intake and schedule you for a 7:30 am appt... When you arrive the morning of (7:15), the staff at the door tell you it's not until 8 am, making you wait 45 minutes outside."
"This place called me numerous times to "update" my child's file. I called back the number left in the voicemail and the receptionist told me to call the school because there was nothing that they could do to update her file over at their office. They had just called 10 minutes before I called them back with the number provided, I was completely confused. A week later a counselor called me to tell me that she needed to update my child's file had me on the phone for exactly 3 minutes running in circles about how her computer stopped working and she didn't know if she could speak to me about my child's file until I had to remind her that my child still under age and that I was the birth mother. Thanks for wasting my time again. Told me she had to call back I didn't even bother answering the phone. This place is horrible."
"I started going to best self in february and i am recieving the worst care i have ever recieved. I feel like my counselor avoids my appointments. My refill for my meds didnt go through i tried calling 3 times to get it refilled and it never went through, I had my pharmacy try to get refill and never went through. Now i talked to dr amd its been over 24 hours and my refill still hasnt gone through. They are obviously taking on too many new patients. No ine should hace to beg for care when they were promised care in the 1st place."
