"Had a great experience here while Dr. Demetre Daskalakis was doctor here. The wait time is not too long and the visits never feel rushed. Depending on your insurance you may pay high premium but that's not the clinics fault. They currently have a pharmacy in the clinic, so filling most prescriptions you can do on your way out. The staff conduct themselves as professionals. The only downside is that no one picks up the phones because they use MyChart."
"Another failure in the healthcare system. Met w a specialist over TWO YEARS AGO and they just sent me a bill for $500 for that hospital visit. I know I was covered under insurance and paid my copay at the time of the visit. I’m not even under the same insurance and now they’re trying to scam me half a grand for an appointment I had over two years ago. Would be great if they had just done their job and notified me well I don’t know, maybe two years ago. If my insurance didn’t send me an EOB and this clinic didn’t send me a bill at the time of appointment... someone from Mt. Sinai dropped the ball."
