"I’m giving the one star review since the call service put me in a very unpleasant situation with this location. I scheduled my appointment in advance and was told the location accepts my insurance. When I got there, I spent half an hour waiting and only then was told that they don’t accept it there. This is insanity upsetting and distorting. I was offered to go to another location in midtown like I have all the time in the world to travel around Manhattan. What can I say - Never again! You guys will lose your patients soon enough."
