"Unreliable. They Always call to change appointments schedules last minute when people have a work schedule. Close early some days with no notice, they ask if you’d like to have a text reminder about appointments but I have yet to get one"

"Listen to the other reviews. Cancelled my appointment without notice. They tried to lie and said they called and left a voicemail but absolutely did NOT. I have the newest flagship phone so it does not have problems with receiving calls."

"Absolutely useless. The counselors and front desk. Appointments get canceled without notifying you. I had made appointments with the front desk and then my counselor told me she didn't have me scheduled. The lady's at the front desk are rude. I was made to feel stupid when I made an apt and they canceled it without telling me. They misinform you and never remember who you are. Absolute joke of a counseling office."

"Bad place to go. If you want to see a psychiatrist here as a new client you can expect a 3-4 month wait before you'll see one. That's 3-4 months before you see the psychiatrist...once. Staff at the front desk were very unprofessional. A lot of dirty druggie people loitering around waiting for appointments, some standing outside smoking pot right next to a no smoking sign. I saw this behavior with my own eyes, in front of a place where people are supposed to seek substance abuse treatment, and staff here didn't care when I told them."

"Receptionist treated me like a burden but nice to the other 20 people that came in after me. Appointment at 930am, arrived at 920am. After clearing 20 people out of waiting area and by 10am, I was still waiting to be seen for my appointment. I walked out. I do not recommend them."
