"It was just a first visit so I don't have much to go on. However, I kept telling them that Avastin injection made my vision worse and asked of I could get Eylea instead, which is FDA approved for eye injections and has a much much better success rate. They said no, they are using Avastin. So my insurance and I are going to pay for something that obviously does not work for me. I'm also nervous about my surgery because I heard something negative about him. I have hopes that everything will turn out fine."
"Incompetent describes University Eye. How they got a license is beyond us. University Eye has outdated procedures and equipment. Primitive and behind the times. Newer equipment and procedures are less invasive and heal better, faster with much better results. Cataract procedures have many more options than University Eye can perform. I learned the hard way. Save your eyes go to Buffalo or Rochester. The cataract video at University Eye is from the dark ages. Doctors untruthful. Kwon insisted cataract surgery was a way to lower pressure from glaucoma. The implant did absolutely nothing and my vision was worsened. I found out the pressure statement was fabricated to sell a cataract procedure EDIT Amazing 18 positive reviews on one day Some of the names are relatives of the employees of University Eye"
"Attentive and caring. They answer all of my questions, and make sure I understand what's going on. They explain any tests you may have to do outside of the general vision tests - sometimes you may have to ask what a test is for (if it's really busy and hectic), then they take the time to make sure to explain what a test allows them to see."
