"They were very rude to a family member, on the phone. Reception is hyper, talks over people, moves too fast through the call, doesn't listen, assumes the situation and needs training on EMPATHY and LISTENING SKILLS. Not sure how she has this job....."

"My review is a 1 not because of the nurses and Dr's but because of one receptionist impreticular. There has been several times I've called and gone into the office and Mary Beth has had an attitude. I was just in office on Friday and was sweet as pie asking my question and she countered my kindness with straight attitude. She went from zero to attitude in a matter of seconds, this of course made my blood boil and I gave her back the same attitude she gave me. It's getting to the point if she's the only on there to check me in I'll just leave. I've even seen her give other patients the same kind of attitude for no reason. I don't care if you had a rough day or an already difficult patient dows not give you the right to be nasty to someone who has been nothing but nice to you. She needs to take a lesson from Jennifer who is by far one of the nicest there."

"Oak orchard is the only dentist around that accepts fidelis/Dentaquest. They got me right in, that was great. I had an appointment. The dentist referred me to Eastman dental- which is an hour away and has a two year long waiting list. When I called and asked if he could start my dental work until I got in he said that I had “too much anxiety” and refused to see me. I didn’t know you could refuse a patient for being nervous about going to the dentist. Kind of not nice to leave someone with no other options. Don’t go if you have anxiety or need any work done."

"Worst experience for a dentist. Kept changing my appointment times because they had me scheduled for a week when the dentist has vacation. Took over a year to have a follow up appointment. No one ever answers the phone and they don’t take pain seriously. I’ve called multiple times and have had the rudest customer service ever!"

"I’ve been on the waiting list for 3 years and I’ve been having issues with my mouth and my teeth are in pain and I call for an emergency appt, the receptionist a, doesn’t tell me if anything is available just tells me that I should go to rochester, every day. (What car ) Whole other lady had told me to call and if there were free appointments that I could get in for an emergency. Place is a joke. And thanks for the 3 years I haven’t been able to get in. My teeth really appreciate it."
