"Anytime I come in, these people are incredibly kind. The ladies at the desk are so sweet and welcoming, the assistants and hygienists are always polite and patient, the dentist actually listens and wants to create a plan with you to care for your teeth and gums. I have anxiety and the people here make me feel so comfortable and are so supportive. I will never go anywhere else unless I absolutely have to!"

"i’ve been at this dentist since i was really little. I lost my dads dental because i’m not in college. Unfortunately due to circumstances, it required me to get Medicaid. Called about a month ago and asked if they accepted it, they said they did. Went in today 5/3/22 , says they don’t. Okay whatever, asked how much it would be to pay out of pocket. Mind you AS SOON AS I TOLD THEM I HAD MEDICAID THEIR DEMEANOR CHANGED. They then proceeded to tell me They won’t allow me to pay out of pocket because i would be committing medicaid fraud??? Last i knew I could go wherever I wanted ? Do I want to pay out of pocket? absolutely not. But I didn’t trust any other dentists. Shaming people for having Medicaid is absolutely disgusting. and ontop of it NOT ALLOWING A LOYAL CUSTOMER to pay out of pocket and lying about the reason is disgusting. I really don’t want to switch Dental practices but this is absolutely disgusting & ridiculous . I do not recommend this business anymore. Disgusting on how I was treated today. Shame on the lady I spoke too, I sure hope you never have to ask for help (medicaid) ."

"Staff is friendly, great about calling to remind you of appts, and thorough. They were great with all of my kids ages 2-13. Waiting room is clean with separate play area for little kids. I like that you can schedule appts online as well as fill out paperwork. The reason I am giving 3 stars is because of the wait ..only one dentist working each time I went..a couple of my kids had to sit and wait 20-30 minutes for the dentist after hygiene. For myself I was surprised and a bit annoyed that a new pt appt took 1hr and 30 minutes! Exam/xrays was done by assistant first, then dentist, then cleaning."

"Very friendly staff and I hardly had to wait at all. When I bring my kids they are more than accommodating. They are very good about reminders for appointments and contacting you back if you've called with a question. I've always been very happy with my experience there :)"

"Summit family dental care is the best place to go whether it’s for an annual cleaning or other dentistry needs! They truly care about you and your needs and are super friendly to their patients! I love how they make sure you know when you have an appointment by sending a text message to your phone and if you need to call and reschedule an appointment the ladies at the front desk are very understanding and friendly as well! I will definitely continue to go to Summit for my dental needs!"
