"Don’t listen to the hateful responses, this place has been the best the place that I’ve gone to for help with my mental health. The people here care a lot about the well being of the clientele, as soon as you walk through those doors you already feel a sense a of relief from your problems. They help in so many ways, I’ve gone to this place for about 5 or so years an had nothing but a positive outcome from here. I recommend everyone to come here if I could I would rate it six stars cause of how caring everyone is."

"Please do not go here if you value your mental health. I have no idea how this place is even still running. Sally is in way over her head she has no idea how to actually help anyone, pushes appointments back or just straight up cancels them and the cherry on top is she'll tell you that you can always call if you need help. She forgets to mention that when you call for help you get to talk to a nurse who knows nothing about you. This place is a mess and does much more damage than help. It needs to be shut down."

"Can’t begin to explain how much clarity let me down. Me and my mom were pushing for therapy twice a week and my therapist said i “seemed ready to bump down to once every other week” and the next day i had a suicide attempt. A month later I told my psychiatrist I wasn’t doing terribly on my new meds. Feeling extremely suicidal and unmedicated, they told me to “wait it out,” about two days later I had my second suicide attempt that month. I had high hoped for clarity and they failed me incredibly."

"I haven't gone to this facility in years. I left in 2019 after the 3rd time of me going through withdrawals and being out of work due to their office staff/nursing staff not refilling my prescription when my pharmacy requested refills. I had to call and babysit my refills, which was absolutely ridiculous. On my last day, they told me I had no co-pay. They waited until MAY 2022 to bill me for DECEMBER 2019. It was on it's final notice to be sent to collections and it was my first time seeing the bill. Billing department was entirely unhelpful and kept using THEIR BILLING MISTAKE and the COVID PANDEMIC to justify them not billing me correctly. No other medical facility had any problem sending me bills or asking for copays during the pandemic, what is their excuse? I reported them to NYSDOH."

"I had an appointment today. I waited an hour and a half for him to call me because they said he was still talking to the person ahead of me. When I called them again to see what was going on, they said he called me but it was “a business number” and he didn’t want to leave a message. Which is not right because he has my number and knows my number and has called it many times. So they completely lied to me and then rescheduled out for February which is way too far. I already have been waiting months for this appointment. She put me on the bump up list but they did that last time as well and I never got bumped up. It’s just terrible how a place like that doesn’t care. I can say so much more but I don’t want to waste anymore of my time. Don’t go to this place."
