"This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life and I have dealt with many medical companies. I recently lost my thumb in an accident… this company has harassed me for months since the surgeries for insurance information that they had not kept on file. I had given them my insurance 3/4 times and have called them 8 times (due to the bill consistently being sent to me). While writing this review I was on hold for 20 min, someone took me off hold for 5 minutes, breathing in the phone, then ended the call abruptly. This company is an absolute joke!"

"My (first) appointment was changed to later in the day because the doctor was in surgery. I get there and after waiting 12:30 - 2:30p the doc was still in surgery. They were about to reschedule & send me away & a PA came in and after doing the standard strength tests suggested there wasn't anything wrong from what he could see on the MRI. I told him "young man I've been suffering for 3 months I don't give hoot what you see in that MRI - my pain has a different story! He went to get another opinion - came back and pointed out on the MRI that maybe there is a little tumor there but that's no big deal. The options are surgery or an injection - someone would have to get back to me. I said just give me 2 weeks of pain med's - non opiod - to get me thru til I can see the doctor. I didn't understand that back, neck type surgery's were like delivering a baby - impromptu and things can go awry. I'm concerned about seeing a doctor that is ALWAYS in surgery. Don't they have surgery days in which case why would you schedule appointments on those days? Feels very weird and I'm struggling to trust a doctor that is always in surgery that I have yet to lay eyes on as a new patient. Some times the PA is more adept than the doc but in this case its scary all the way around~"

"I LOVE the surgeon I am getting for my back. He’s awesome, and came highly recommended. Having said that, this company, Invision Health, is the worst! Terrible time signing in every time I go there. If you get locked out of their portal for forgetting your password, you might as well hang it up! You have to call them to get a code to get back into the portal to retrieve YOUR important medical information. When you call…they don’t answer! When you leave a message, they don’t call back!"

"I've been seeing both Dr. Carlino and Dr. Owczarzak in the chiropractic portion of the office for years now. They take my pain seriously and always make it a comfortable adjustment. Every. Single. Time. They actually care about their patients and take the time needed to relieve any pain they can. I'm always able to schedule my appointments at the spa front desk with ease. I absolutely love it here and won't even consider going to a new chiropractor. Both of these doctors deserve praise for the excellence in their professionalism, kindness and the time spent with each person who walks through the door."

"I’ve heard and vision health for about five years now and every single time I go in there they have a different nurse practitioner. I had surgery in May and went to go see the nurse practitioner NP Terlecki . this has happened three times since I’ve been a patient now I go there last week and there is another new nurse practitioner never seen in six years. She doesn’t know my case she knows nothing about me won’t clear me for my surgery on my teeth and she said you need a chest x-ray and bloodwork so my dentist called Millard Fillmore. They got me in chest x-ray bloodwork and the doctor didn’t review it so my surgery Monday, August 21 is still no longer happening and now I have to go back and find a new doctor. you would think a nurse practitioner would take care of her self what say and not be a fat slob just because she might not do well in surgery because she’s so fat doesn’t mean I will. So I was kicked out of your practice for stating the obvious that she’s a fat slob!!!!!!!!"
