"Everyone here is amazing. I have been going here for over a decade, and they have cared for my dogs as if they were their own. Dr. Sood is just an amazing doctor and person. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and him. Would definitely recommend! Its hard to find truly caring compassionate and experienced doctors these days. Dr. Sood has exceeded my expectations. Your animals would be in great hands with him. My dog actually loves going there because of how well they treat him. Wonderful place. "Since this business has gone corporate they are price gouging. I had to get antibiotic for my dog, they charged me 120 dollars for 84 pills and when I looked on Chewy later that day, the cost was $14.00 for 30 pills . They also won't give refills so you keep coming back and making these big buck buys but we do it because our pets are family to us. The way they gouge you on prices not just what I noted, everything is a big mark up as "profit seems to be king" over the health and wellbeing of pets. I understand it's a business and they need make money but under Dr. Hardy who privately owned the business every employee was happy, they were paid a decent wage AND clients and their pets all benefited from excellent care and reasonable pricing. It has changed so much, it hurts to even make an appointment there because you know your going to walk away with a huge bill. I had wanted to adopt another cat but who can afford to do that when the costs now incurred under "corporate care" are so steep I have to care for what I have and believe me if I can't find another private owned vet, I won't be able to afford to adopt any pets in the future. Many staff and even vets have left this clinic .... gee I wonder why."

"I can not say enough great things about countryside vet clinic! Dr soud is my hero ,he diagnosed my dog with a rare issue and he and all the girls treat all my dogs like they are theirs! I never feel rushed and I feel they do a thorough job caring for my babies. Waiting time is not long and they are very good about making appointments. I definitely have, and will continue to recommend them to take care of any and all of your pets!"

"Dr. Sood, the technicians, and phone staff are simply wonderful. One of my dogs is quite sickly. When she has an episode, the doctor always makes room to see her. Afterwards, either Dr. Sood or one of the technicians always calls us to check on her."
