"Staff is extremely rude! Was recommended to book with Dr Kessler. Only one lady does new patient intake you leave a message in a voicemail box as and she only comes in one day a week. I was approved as a new patient, and missed her call a twice. Each time I was at work. As soon as I would return the call I was told I had to leave a message in the new patient voicemail box for her that no one else could help me. Last week I went out of the country and even called from there to try and speak to her but again was told they can’t help me she is the only one. Attempted again today. Stated I have kept returning calls, was disconnected by another older secretary placing me on hold, called back. Apologized because I thought maybe my cell phone disconnected us as I was in a car. She rudely said “Do you have a better connection now?It’s not funny!” I wasn’t laughing and I was apologizing as she should have as well. They finally transferred me and intake lady told me Dr is no longer accepting patients, yet 2 weeks ago she told me he would see me as a patient. I asked if this was standard practice? Explained conversation with first secretary. She said impossible, they are never rude in this office and this is standard practice. I could just imagine not ever being able to get an appointment or speak to someone if there was an emergency. Impossible to get an appointment, I wonder if the doctors even realized how many patients they are possibly missing out on? As someone who actually manages a practice, this was an extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional experience. Truly unpleasant."

"They pose a medical danger to those with mental illness. Do not use if you're under 40. Their staff have the empathy of Josef mental. The doctors are overly involved with geriatric related medicine and their demeanor is a business not a doctor's office. And they'll drop you without warning. NEVER GO THERE."

DR CAMPANA had curious bedside manner, smart and professional ! My husband made the switch after I did and we are both happy we did ♥️"
